I know next to nothing about politics but from the little I've witnessed from Sunak, it would seem that he can't wait to get out because he doesn't look like he's even trying to do a good job.

I'm convinced he has had to act to head off a leadership heave by some soon to be ex tory mps.

TIPS England will not be playing on July 4. So you can cast your vote.

IMO, the only way the Tories stay in power is if Labour talk their way out of gaining it. And they're more than capable of doing this, they've done it recently (and more than once!)

Oh joy weeks of listening to commitments they can't / won't keep .blatant lies and numerous breaches of their own code of conduct .
Oh and in quite a lot of constituencies you already know which colour wins .

Tbh I'm a bit worried with the way society is changing atm. Everyone has a different idea of what social change means and we are seeing some extreme views being aired. One example - I heard a recent immigrant into the country declare that new arrivals into the country don't have to fit in with the dominant culture, the British people have to change to fit in with the new immigrants. Banning alcohol and bringing in blasphemy laws was being suggested. That's social change but is it what we want or need in order to make a cohesive society.

It was a woman and they don't have to be on the ballot for those views to be heard and taken into consideration by those who are on the ballot. I'd like social change where people get on better rather than looking for ways to divide us. Not drinking alcohol yourself is one thing but you can't make others go along with it because you don't like it.

the beautiful thing about this country is that she has every right to have and share her views and we have every right to share ours, if they differ and even vote against them if they become a political stance.

my issue with our mainline parties is that nobody represents me anymore……and all are influenced by things other than their constituents. Am sick and tired of all of our self-serving politicians; there’s not one with an ounce of integrity or conviction; u- turning everywhere because the press or public pressure. **** me, most of them won’t say that a man cannot have a cervix <doh>

Will be soon enough yeah. Law to stop 15 year olds being able to get cigarettes which increases every year with idea that it will essentially wipe out smoking.

Now don’t get me wrong, I hate the stuff and it’s gross and stinks and cos nhs millions a year. But then same could be said of alcohol?
