One ring to rule them all.

It's a glowing ring as well. One ring to find them.
Obviously the morning after a curry.

I played a gig at the Glen Ballroom in Llanelli and there was a band called Bilbo Baggins on the same bill. They were a Bay City Rollers tribute band! If that wasn't bad enough, when I asked their singer if he read Tolkien he looked bewildered. So I asked where his band name came from, he said it was to do with the tartan baggy trousers they wore <doh>

I saw the actual Bay City Rollers at the Glen when I was 14, ( I had to take my older sister before you ask) probably around 1976 so you would have been there later obviously. What was the name of your band Clingo ? I was at most of the live shows there after 1978

You took a risk playing there Clingo. Was there chicken wire across the front of the stage when you played ? (Elvis Costello got hit on the head by a half full or was it half empty can of double dragon back in the day)
    Fun Fact.....
The Glen ballroom was listed second roughest nightclub in UK by NME in 1977, the first being a club in The Gorbals did ye ken ?

Haha. No fortunately the place had calmed down a bit by the time I played there.

Incidentally, I love Elvis Costello's wife. What a voice and very attractive.
