Just for SW when he wants a takeaway Let’s begin with a thank you to chef Victor Garvey of Soho restaurant Sola for pointing me in the direction of probably the most expensive dining experience currently available on Deliveroo in the UK: Londoners can now order in from Nusr-Et, the steakhouse of ludicrous Turkish-born seasoning monger Salt Bea. This includes a large tomahawk at £630, and a wagyu striploin for £680. You may wish to add a bottle of Domaine Faiveley Bienvenues Batard Montrachet Grand Cru 2020 which can be bought retail for £370, but which via Deliveroo will cost you £1,650. Plus £1.99 delivery.
And I’ve always said he’s a **** now he’s a landlord **** A Bristol pub has introduced a new pricing strategy that will doubtless be a source of outrage for certain customers, and of interest to the wider hospitality business. Customers at the Coronation pub in Southville will be charged 30p extra per drink if they order them in person at the bar, as against ordering via a QR code and having them delivered to their table. Landlord Ben Cheshire explained to the Telegraph that it was better for his staff. ‘This takes the stress away rather than having to constantly interact with different people for eight hours straight,’ he said.
Im cooking crab and smoked oyster risotto... Sounds expensive but all ingredients from lidl. Hand full of peas. Yummy.
Anyone been in brew dog in prinny quay Never been in Food any good? Beer? I’ve only been in one brew dog and that was in Norwich and I thought the beer was expensive and crap tbh anyone??
I've been in, and been in a few other Brew Dogs elsewhere. Depends on what type of beer you like really. If you're a real ale the then it'll be a bit ****. If you like American style IPAs etc then I think it's good, although a bit pricey. Personally I like it and there are some seriously strong ones on offer. They have vegan offers one night a week and their burgers seemed OK, but you might want a food opinion from a fellow murderer instead.
Brewdog make by far the best alcohol free beers, I appreciate this information will be fairly useless to most of you, but I just thought I'd put it out there.
I remember the first alcohol free beer i tried was becks blue or something Utterly vile Putrid Then brewdog actually tastes like beer That and guiness 0.0 are delicious
