The Conservative party died when that weakling Cameron became leader and allowed pantomine figures such as Johnson, Mogg, Truss, Fabricant, to have such an influence over the party and thus country since then.

He tried to placate the lunatics with Brexit and it did the opposite.
UKIP took over and now Reform are trying to drag them further into lunacy.

A man has been charged with assisting Russian intelligence after being arrested by UK counter-terror police:

Something to do with sensitive information about an MP, according to the Guardian.

If you have (or know anyone) student age kids and you still think you might vote Tory, then you'll be voting for a Party who wants to actively disenfranchise and exclude them from the Democratic process... Really?? <doh>

Rees-Mogg explicitly stated that it's a voter suppression tactic:

    Sunak photo-ops today?

    1. On a plane to NI with a large EXIT sign above his head! <laugh>

    2. At the Titanic Quarter! <doh> (Rishi Sunk!)

His advisors are just taking the piss out of him now, aren't they?

And I just noticed..the Titanic photo op has him standing next to soon to be former NI Minister Heaton-Harris - a man who has literally abandoned the Tory ship this week! <laugh>

In the case of the randy Honey Monster, the blame goes to Michael Howard as he put him in his shadow cabinet...only to sack him for lying, something which Cameron and May never considered

That and his general Forrest Gumpiness of ****ty things, for example he's the reason people believed the EU was going to outlaw prawn cocktail crisps in the early 90s as he posted an article claiming that - and doesn't seem to realise that admitting it 30+ years down the line only underlines that he's always been a lying ****

Lying and cheating are his defining characteristics.
    They're his most consistent traits.

Including the one who is sitting on her lazy arse in the HoL earning £350 a day plus travel plus subsidised food.....

HoL reform is allegedly on the Labour agenda, if not the Manifesto, but you just know that nothing will happen. Self-preservation is the key!

And while we're on the subject of that bint...HTLF can a country allow a disgraced PM (or any PM for that matter) refuse to publicly acknowledge his relationship with someone who he has elevated to a peerage? The fact that he has hidden behind a NDA and refused to answer the question means that there is something to hide. <doh>:emoticon-0183-swear

The Independent is claiming that the Tories are struggling to find suitable candidates for the election.
The date was a surprise to them too, apparently, so they're not ready to replace the outgoing mob.
Tons of them aren't standing for re-election, which probably isn't as much of a shock.

Given the state of a lot of those who were elected last time, this probably isn't great.
Obviously the hope is that a lot of them don't get in, but what of those that do?
The current crop are shocking, just from a competency viewpoint.

At a wedding reception last night I got talking to the most Tory of Tories , chairman of the local Conservative club and sits on various business committees
His words to me were " Sunak is not a Tory , he is an international capitalist puppet "

Sunak is not a duck, he's a waterbird with a broad blunt bill, short legs, webbed feet and a waddling gait.
