The problem with City is, they're not charged with any irregularities this season (and I don't think they are for last season either)- so despite their titles this year and last not coming in a season in which they "cheated"- it's obvious that they're only in the position they are in because they cheated in previous seasons. I doubt this year's title will be stripped from them, but it really should be too.

 

If they cheated to get to the position they are in, then everything gained from that position is illegitimate.
