I didn’t mention bedwetters. However those in DOF positions certainly do get blamed when things aren’t going well so the point is valid

I was reading an article last night on when a manager has been long term in a job whether a DoF is actually required.

Makes some fair points really. That when a manager is in Situ and everyone know what they should be doing etc then a DoF isn’t required.

A DoF is really only effective in joining up the dots to get everyone working in the same direction.

I guess in our case with Howe being in for 2.5/3 years do we really beee one?
