I’m just sick of the fact that we make more sensible real comments and everytime we do we become BW.

Yet they can say whatever the **** they want and we just comment fairly .

    Its got boring. Very quick.

And it just makes a mockery out of a forum to be honest.

I would ask for an independent commission, but I fear it’ll take decades and eventually be scuppered when chaos asks for a general erection.

For too long the establishment has had complete control.

    It's a disgrace, I'm a self made man. They're career mods.

    Lost me

Does DPP lose anyone else when he just posts these Munsonesque vague things?

It's like a convo with his split personality

He fits your description and you appear to be well versed politically so thought you would get. Appears not.

I didn’t mention bedwetters. However those in DOF positions certainly do get blamed when things aren’t going well so the point is valid

here’s a theory… maybe with ashworth on leave.. we legally can’t actually employ another one just yet and the uncertainty isn’t to some folks liking?

I raised this question a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone with a legal background. Can we confirm we can’t hire a DoF until the old one is gone?

Him being on gardening leave still leaves a job to be done. I guess the question mark is has he breached contract. Appears that he has.

So we can legally appoint a new DoF.

I was reading an article last night on when a manager has been long term in a job whether a DoF is actually required.

Makes some fair points really. That when a manager is in Situ and everyone know what they should be doing etc then a DoF isn’t required.

A DoF is really only effective in joining up the dots to get everyone working in the same direction.

I guess in our case with Howe being in for 2.5/3 years do we really beee one?
