What will be will be. I'd much rather wait for the right manager than rush into the wrong one.

He signed his contract 12 months earlier. When the squad was much better. He knew all too well the squad was poorer in the summer of 23/24. He was right, the owners and directors were wrong. Alex Neil didnt have the ability as a coach to achieve with the sqiad we had in 22/23. He left. Mowbray is on another level and he got them where they should be. Then the club hierarchy failed in their jobs on squad building. They failed the coaches. That much has been seen over a season and 3 coaches.

 

I've been told Liz Truss is available, wants the job and is being quite upfront ...

Disagred massively. Anderson was miles off the level, another failure in the tfr market. Weak and postionally terrible. Ekwah as a CH is just madness. He is as weak in the air as anyone, scared of the physical confrontation. Cant believe what I am reading at the minute. Barmy.

 

I know all that mate, it just doesn't excuse whining about the club in press conferences ...

It was obvious we'd need to score in that game but we set up to draw, terrible tactics imo.

They wanted rid of TM at the end of that playoff season. The fans kicked off so they had to stick with him. Imo that was a big mistake and I said it at that time.
This season they just needed an excuse to sack him. It wasn't just the results but he started having a few digs at the club in pressers and showing his frustrations. That was enough for them to get rid.
Then along came Beale! That was the big mistake imo
