Basically what happens now, is we panic, we look at head coaches who have failed in their last jobs...

Rosenior - who did fail look at the squad he had man easily should have been in play offs - boring style of play similar to Beale
Heckingbottom - getting battered 5/5/7 nils with Sheff and took did all the damage before he left - overlooked for Plymouth job and overlooked for Birmingham job.....says it all


Club mainly KS have messed this up big time and the reaction wont be good.

 

But give the fact its been proven not to work, what then ???

 

To a point he is yes... but the Beale decision deviated from that and that was solely a speakman decision

Speakman has done way more good for the club than the likes of SD, CM and I'd even say Quinn as a chairman.

 

If it's proven to be a failure then the system needs changing,not necessarily the people who've been instructed to operate it.

 

What have they messed up? You don’t know what is or is not happening inside the club.
You don’t know that Heckingbottom didn’t turn down Plymouth. It’s all bullshit conjecture to allow you to have a pop at the club

 

The director of football model works. Speakman not being a great director of football doesn't mean we should scrap the whole thing, he should just be replaced.

We can't go back to needing a full new squad every time we change manager.
