    I reckon £20m - £25m is probably about right.

We're not in a position of strength to negotiate good fees for our players.

    £16m Gnonto
    £25m Summerville
    £18m Harrison
    £22.5m Rutter
    £6m Roca
    £8m Wober
    £20m Ampadu
    £10m Piroe

If we can get £100m for the above, then we're doing well!!!

Top teams don’t sign potential for that kind of money. The sign proven players

They were in for him when we signed him but couldn't compete financially due to Premier League money.

It has been said by the club that they turned down a "significant" offer from Germany last summer which would have got most of our money back on him. That was rumoured to be Dortmund. His assists this season would make him similarly attractive. Jadon Sancho is too expensive to buy back from scum permanently so I think Rutter might still be on Dortmunds radar if they can't sort out another loan for Sancho.

Dortmund have had a poor league season finishing 5th and outside the Champions league places. It's quite the shock in Germany that they reached the CL final. Finishing 5th in the Bundesliga is not acceptable in Dortmund and they will have to heavily invest in their squad this summer to ensure a better league season next year.

They've been linked to Rutter for a good few years now. It's not as shocking as you think.

Dortmund have a history of buying kids with potential and selling them on for profit. Think Sancho, Haaland and Bellingham. It's the model that they work from. Rutter would still be very much in that kind of bracket if they could get him for £25 million.

You won't get anything for the rats. The loan clauses are now reactivated. Roca has already stated he will stay at Betis if Leeds don't go up. Wober is happy at Moenchengladbach but they can't afford a fee so he can now stay there for free. Everton haven't a pot to piss in and have already negotiated a 2nd loan deal for Harrison with Harrison publicly saying he wishes to stay at Everton.

Roma don't have to sign Llorente but he will have suitors for a loan next season.

Rasmus and Aaronson have been ****e and we may have the pleasure of seeing them back at ER next season. Can't see anyone willing to pay their full wages even for a free loan deal.

On that note, when is my mate Jammy coming back to acknowledge Kieffer Moores impact at Ipswich or Bamfords lacklustre efforts after the transfer window closed? Make sure you pass on my regards next time you see him.:emoticon-0105-wink:

No idea but thing is I’m not bothered what we get for any of them. Doesn’t impact supporters. We still have to pay top dollar for tickets and refreshments at ground

The price we get for players directly impacts the product on the pitch and therefore effects the fans experience. If it's a negative experience then tickets don't get sold and the business suffers again.

To say it doesn't impact supporters isn't correct. Did you mean that it doesn't impact you as you don't really care as long as you get to watch Leeds? I kind of understand that but I would guess you're in the minority. The majority of fans would want Leeds to be as succesful as possible.

(Not a dig at you BTW, everyone is different.)

Are we all assuming Farke is safe, if so:

Piroe - We don't play a style or formation that suits him, it doesn't make him a bad player, I would keep as we are not going to find better for the fee we would get so Keep

Bamford - I would sell but you know Farke won't Stuck with

Rutter - Too much fancy stuff and a luxury at this level, depending on his value and his attitude of where he wants to be possibly sell

Gnonto - He doesn't want to be here so maybe time to cash in, Sell

Archie - He will keep increasing in value he has to be Keep

James - A work horse and we can't afford to let all our attackers go so one to Keep

Meslier - Sell if anyone wants him

The loan rats are going to be key, will we manage to sell any or will it be loans again, if loans nobody wants Aaronson or Kristenson

I agree pretty much. The unfortunate thing though is Archie and James are the only two pl players we have and likely to attract interest. Wouldn’t it be a very Leeds thing to sell those two and keep the others

IMO the most important thing we need is a very good defensive coach. Whether that's in addition to Farke or a Farke replacement I don't care.

Personally I’d keep the Gruev / Kamara partnership and play Archie ahead of them in place of Rutter if he gets sold, or even if he isn’t. We also need to replace Rodon as his loan is up. Depending on how much we need to balance the books I’d say that the only two certainties to leave are Summerville and Gnonto, not too fussed about that, they came up short when the pressure was really on. A lot of talk about Ampadu but he signed for us as a championship club so may well give us another season. Hopefully most of this is sorted before preseason.
