I think I threw Newcastle in the mix as that is what they are... at the moment at least. Arsenal are on a good run but we shall see if RVP can stay fit and Spurs are also doing very well, could well end up 2nd or fall off. Hard to predict this season. By the way, how many clean sheets is that in a row now? 4-5 maybe? EDIT; I'm an idiot, City scored on us but we have improved in the back, thanks Agger!
It's unfortunate, the way things worked out for Aqua. I'm sure if he hadn't been loaned out after his first season, his form would have picked up and he would still be Liverpool's number 4. Henderson looked like a poor buy at the beginning of the season, but he has really stepped up. Made some fine runs down the right, played with commitment, worked hard, and moved well. I think he's probably learning a lot from Kuyt.
I hate the little whiney **** and I never wan't to see him playing for Liverpool again he obviously did'nt want to hang around and fight for his place and was doing everything to get out so him and his agent can piss off.
We've talked and talked about Aquaman and ultimately it appears he doesnt want to be here and we don't want him. Sending him on loan baffles me. We should just flog him. Welcome to the site btw!
Can't understand why we spent £20m on a crock, then worked our backside off to get him match fit. He picks up MOM displays in 5 games, then gets farmed out on loan. I saw him play live 3 times, he reminded me of litmanen with his swagger. Bring him back I say and watch us play pass and move!
In an ideal world that be perfect. Clearly we don't know the 100% truth whats happened behind the scenes, and how he feels etc. The whole saga has been very odd considering the fee we paid for him. I've also seen him live - and he looked very accomplished. Basically the whole transfer has been a complete waste of time and money. I'm still no closer to getting my head around the situation to be honest.
