you can gladly have bryan back and please do play him against us, it would be like we were playing 10 men, and don't underestimate us this year, we might not be doing well in the league but the cup games we have been on fire. would happily swap third round for 10 points mind.

Hello bantam6. Thats certainly a damning verdict of Bryan. Although im sure it is a fair one. You can be sure that most hornets will not underestimate you. Others have done that to us and failed. So we dont intend to fall into the same trap.

To be fair maybe i am being a bit harsh, just from the 20 minutes or so he's managed to play he didn't seem very good. has he actually played in your first team at all? how did you feel about drawing us, tbh i was gutted at drawing you, your good enough to probably beat us but we won't be getting the same money as a game at liverpool or chelsea would have given us. is Scott Loach still as good as he was for us a few seasons back?

I dont think he has. I may be wrong though.

As for drawing you, i think it could be a great game for us; at home, on paper its a walk over (but we dont play on paper). We need a cup run to get the kids involved and generate a bit of cash. It would have been nice to get a premiership team though.

I for one like Loach, he has his moments and his calamities but then again who doesnt.

Yeah i liked Loach too, is it likely you'll play a reserve team then? i'm hoping so because i can't see us getting through if not, although we nearly managed to hold dirty Leeds to a draw.

It is possible, but Sean Dyche is not a massive fan of the youngsters. However, it will be a test of his skills. If he wants us to survive then he will have to rest the first teamers, but how many he does rest will be interesting to see.

Are we likely to see your first team?

I think you'll be alright this season, a few points and you'll pull away from the relegation zone, hopefully we'll do same. I'll be cheering you on this Saturday against Leeds. Our reserves will be playing as in all the other cup games but as there better than our first team its a bonus.

Good tie to get, it won't be easy against the Bantams who will bring down a big following, but I still expect us to get through. I don't think we will be playing too many reserve youth/players, we have a much deeper squad then last season so to see the likes of Hodson/Thompson/Bennett/Jenkins/Garner/Wichelow play will be good and doesn't make me believe we will lose.

It's a shame that Michael Bryan isn't developing, I saw him a couple of times and he looked a bit of hit and miss but someone with potential. But, unlike Sordell and Bennett he hasn't really improved during loan spells it seems.

To bantam, Loach in terms of shop-stopping is better then a few years ago, but his communication with his defenders is rank, still time develop but Spurs wont come sniffing around like they were in 2009

Seems like Loach would be a powerful weapon for those campaigning against another Tesco opening in their town!

i've seen him a few times and he's not very good. He's played pre season and i'm sure a few games a season ago in the first team, but he has had very little game time with us for obvious reasons. Sadly he's not developing. It's a shame, he works hard.

Yep, i was happy to get you in the draw, we need a bit of a cup run, but that's not to say Bradford is being underestimated, and i hope we play a full strength team.

Loach was great 2 seasons ago, last season he lost his way a bit, this season he's getting back to where he was. I suspect though, he won't be playing in this game...

If he doesn't, it'll either be a keeper just back from a loan who hasn't been on the winning side for us this season or a youngster making his debut.

Not sure - think his loan ends on 3rd Jan, but I was covering in case it doesn't.

About another 3rd round tie, I've got a colleague who supports WHU and he's happy that they've got Sheff W away - he reckons it is better for them that they're not at home.

I'd play Bond. He has a lot more to gain from facing Bradford than Gilmartin.

Looking forward to this one not many seasons ago we were both in the premiership. Looks like the old Bannana skin job but should be a great way to get through to round four.

Priorities this year staying up in the championship but a great cup run would be great a bit of cash and a chance to beat the big boys.

    Can't beat the F A Cup. <ok>

Unless, of course, your team makes a right facup and loses to lower league opposition. ;)
