Steven Taylor: Improved immensely recently. Local lad done good. wearing the 'iconic' defender number worn by Albert and Woodgate before him.

got to be colo almost everything he does is class, always calm on the ball and not afraid to take matters into his own hands when we need something different

He's an awkward one, needs a tailor made position really but that throws some of our tactics out the window

Jonas- So what if he can't really cross and doesn't score much, the man puts in so much effort and is comedy gold.

I can see him doing better when we get Ba back. Shola just can't play the passing game and has terrible movement. And getting Tiote and Cabaye back will also help him. I just hope Pardew keeps playing him.

Coloccini. Love the guy to bits. It's more than his immense play, it's his attitude as well. So glad he's captain.

Then probably Tiote (because he'll come for anyone who doesn't mention him)

Coloccini - was a bit nervous when he got captain but he has excelled since then and the team has to. The main reason is the hair though....

Danny Guthrie, just 'cos he's Danny Guthrie. Severely under-rated, one of our best three performers every time he steps onto the pitch.

Have to say Colo as well. Really hope he signs (or that we're giving him) a new deal.

Coloccini - Leader of men and closest player we've got to being world class.

Can't really pick one player to be honest so I'll pick top 5 with all players being the same level.

    1. Haris Vuckic - Because he's immense, has a great name and always looks really happy.
    2. Tim Krul - Been with us from a young age and has been patient. Now one of our best players.
    3. Steven Taylor - No explanation required.
    4. Yohan Cabaye - Not as much as the other players as he has only just signed really. Potential.
    5. Demba Ba - Nicest guy in the team. Oh and he can play.

Sammy Ameobi. Excited about his potential but more importantly, he's an incredibly likeable lad who leads such an amusing personal life.

Of all our players, it's him I want to see succeed most, he's got NUFC in his blood and given the chance I think could become a Toon legend. Early days yet but he's probably my favourite.

Im of the opinion that his potential is vastly overrated.

Cant really pick a favourite, there is a core group that I cant separate (Krul, Ba, Cabaye, Tiote, Ben Arfa, Colo, Saylor)
