Was a match against Wolves on saturday. It was a huge set back mentally and put our chances with a rest of the season in doubt. That's what our season has looked after november but as they said :"If it dont kill you ,it is bound to make you stronger". We will do just that and now we have finally enough width in our team to go and win matches. Our players of course have to keep their heads calm and stop to do the stupidity. After that im sure the wheel will turn for better.
I'm sure there will be many more twists and turns results-wise as the season progresses, we need a couple of Everton/Stoke type surprises to boost our chances...
I was so pleased after the signings that I began to believe that Tony Fernandes luck and canny judgement was going to pay off. Frodo is on the walkway towards the fire. Similarly, our fate (to doom or success) will be decided shortly. Most unhappy wife due to my miserable mood for more than half the w/e. Had to apologise - eventually.
Sorry to disappoint you uber. Then again you can see cause of this massive blow from youtube too......http://www.google.fi/url?sa=t&rct=j...sg=AFQjCNHHe5XPTuK8_oqSaSmVv7-_4EwUvw&cad=rja
We really can't get a break can we. We have definitely not been playing well but there have been so many games (starting with Norwich away)where we could have snatched points but didn't. We were playing so well in that first half hour that Cisse's sending off was almost like the hand of fate reaching down onto the pitch and saying "oh no you don't QPR". This period is crucial for our club as no amount of investment guarantees a quick return from the Championship (look at the likes of Leicester and Middlesborough) and there will come a time when Fernadez will cut his losses if the plan does not pan out as he wants. So the last thing we need right now is bad luck.
Should have beaten Newcastle, should have beaten Villa, should have beaten Blackburn, could have drawn with Man City if not nicked a win, no idea how we didn't beat West Brom, only lost to Norwich because of the Ref and the same for Wolves at the weekend. Most other results are fair as far as I'm concerned but by this reckoning we'd be in the top 8 by now and not staring down the barrel of relegation. With the likes of Liverpool, Arsenal, Man Utd, Spuds, Chelskum and Citeh to come before the end of the season the points tally will not be high. All we can hope for is that everyone around us ships more points than us because I am not confident of any luck coming our way.
It's so ****ing typically QPR isn't it? Just when things look on the up.........BANG!! There you go QPR, take that! We may need a slice of luck or two to help us stay up now. God knows...we haven't had much so far!!
