    Are you serious?

Chaplow has been far more than an impact player this season - it's no coincidence when he went off at B City our run started - much more than an impact player - he was starting !

I don't think our downturn in form is down to Chaplow, i think it is more coincidence tbh - our great run at the start of the season started without Chaplow in the side, and including him being suspended and only playing 80minutes in total

Bald Eagle will like a lot of our players, have those for and against him. I am definitely for but still see the need if possible, for us getting a similar but better quality player for his position. Chappers plays with his heart on his sleeve and never gives less than his all but is he really a first choice Premier league standard player?

Yes I know such players don't come cheap but we will need some serious strength in the team if we go up and even if we don't. Neither knowing that (IMHO)does it stop me from feeling pleased that he is back.

Chaplow doesn't have to be a good PL standard player at the moment, just a good Championship standard player. Glad he's back, but we mustn't put too much pressure on him as he's been out so long. Glad to see him back in the team.

Great to have Chappers back. He is easily our best impact sub, and he proved when he got his run in the starting XI that he's also excellent for the start.

As for Falque, yes his loan signing does currently look a little strange. But it will take a couple of injuries out wide, especialy if one of those injuries for Lallana, for us to be grateful that we have him available. Too many players is much better than too few.

Sorry Fran but I wasn't bemoaning his quality at this level so much. I believe right now he is the best we have at doing exactly what he does. I was more thinking ahead.

    Very serious

Chaplows game is based on high energy running. It's going to take at least another month for him to get back to the necessary fitness levels for a full 90 minutes.

He may not be matchfit but I reckon he will start and will be used along similar lines to Puncheon for a couple of games.
