Does anyone have any news on his status. All i've heard is that the injury isnt as bad as first feared. Any chance he will be fit for the weekend?

Just heard it's only a bruised foot.

Pardew said after the game it was very swollen I think, I'd be surprised if he made the spurs game.

Good to here. Could have been a lot worse given the challenge.

Looked very bad at the time, I'd have expected it to be worse than a bruised foot, much worse!

Twice now I've seen the stretcher come on this season and twice we've been let off.

Was devestating hearing raylor/cabaye broken leg bounce around the gallowgate.

I remember the cabaye one. Lad sat infront of me said he had done the same as HBA and would be out for ages. I get home to find out that he was fine. Fuming i was.

Cabaye really threw his toys out of the pram on that one, or more literally his gloves at the fourth official.

I'd heard that it was defo a broken leg, just before half time as well, so someone was obviously getting their facts wrong somewhere.

I had tears in my eyes when I saw Raylor stretchered off after that horrible tackle... It reminded me of my own broken leg :( But I think his isn't as bad, hope so...he's had a great season for us

Just bruising, he's said on his twitter that he won't know how long he'll be out until the swelling goes. Looks doubtful he'll be ok for spurs though as he said he was in quite a bit of pain.

Quality twitter account to follow though, loved his posts about walking in on James Perch getting a massage!!

Hope he's ok, we could really do with him at Tottenham, we'll need him and Simpson on one side and Jonas and Santon on the other to contain their wingers.

Seen the pics and they will get rid of that sharpish. I think he has a chance.

Look at Cabaye, we were led to believe by his reaction that he had a horror injury but he rocked up no problem as it was just a bit of bruising. They're proper fannies some of them. Raylors looks worse than his though to be fair!

TBH I don't think that there was anything wrong with Warnock's challenge. It was a 50/50 contested ball and although Warnock went sliding in ,he kept his studs down. At the end of the day footballers have 2 choices: either they play with 100% commitment, with the risk of picking up serious injuries, or they chicken out ...
