The FA decided they thought Suarez probably said the racist comment intentionally not out of cultural differences or whatever. Hardly amounts to being found guilty of racism. Calling for the fans of both teams to respect the players, and the occassion yet calling that circus of boo's against Evra "friendly banter". He can't escape his teams shoddy handling of the whole issue, try as he might.

Evra would be well within his right to refuse the handshake, I wouldn't blame him after being made out the way he has by Liverpool supporters, and the lack of any sign of apology or guilt from the culprit himself.
