    <laugh>

    Fois Gras, Caviar and Chardonnay vs. Chip Butties, Black Pudding and Vimto?

    I know what I'd choose.

    No chance, us Northern folk are friendly and consider the possibility that youngsters may wish to partake in mealtimes, as opposed to going Fritzl and starving them. Unlike those alcoholic Francais-wannabes darn sarf.

    How about creating an online account with any of the high street bookies and getting a matching/bigger free bet on top?!

    Northern logic eh?

    Where's Mick with his predictions for the big one today?

    Could your last years prediction Chief Dan George win it this tin around fully fit? Although last year I stuck a bet on a couple if days before to get a good price. Went down to Aintree got pished, watched half the race and got told the horse hand been pulled. That'll teach me for being bladdered <doh>

    Or could it be two in a row for Don't Push it?

    I've also had a few telling me state of play may come good?

    So many horses so little cash!!!

    I bet on don't push it last year so have to go on it again, although don't fancy it. Also threw £10 on the midnight club and character building as well. May as well stick a pin in the paper for this one mind

    Bet on a 10 year old horse to win it, more often or not they do win it. FACT. Niche Market or Oscar Time, easy money.

    My boss sold that nag for a reason - he wouldn't tell me why, but said I had more chance of winning the national if I picked a horse that was running in the Derby lol
