That was the best watford performance for 2 seasons! Great thing is it can get lots better, we will have off days but when it clicks wow!

Will be very interesting to see:

    a) What team he puts out against Bradford, will he bring on quite a few players that need match fitness?

    or.

    b) Send the first team out again and practise the passing game even more before Derby away next week?

Once Geijo/Beleck are match fit and replace Iwelumo and when One Size comes back then it's going to be very enjoyable to watch us play I reckon.

Si - do you ever have days when you wish you had not written something :) - use the edit button to re-write history - knock out the word "a" and change test to goals and you are there !!

Brilliant first half performance but interesting Brum hadn't done their homework. We struggled against Ipswich's pressing but Brum gave us lots of midfield room. That said there was a lot more movement and demanding the ball which made the passing process a lot easier. We looked tired in the last half hour and sat back a bit but overall it was promising.

Was surprised Birmingham didn't press us more but to be honest with Iwelumo giving us a more direct option from the off it would have given us even more space behind their defence. Still need a second phase for our passing into midfield rather than it end up back in defence. Would hope our movement will improve with fitness.

The strange thing is their manager said that they had had us watched and he had watched videos about how we had played in the previous games. Not sure what he had been watching though as they were way off the pace! Not that I care though as we battered them in the first half! And even when we tired in the second half we still had enough for them, which was a bit of a surprise as they finished fourth last season! I liked the way we played yesterday! Long may it continue:D

very good keeping of possesion against Birmingham, particularly in the 1st half, and we defended well. We're gonna win the league this year

Well against West Brom a few years ago we conceded 5 when he was in goal.

6-1 against Milwall was pretty good though. But the way we played, it looked like we would've beaten that score if we played milwall.

Lads you can have Malky back if you want as i am fed up with watching the dire tactics he employs. Good luck to you all and i hope you do well this year. Seems like you have a good one in Zola.
