Here's my list of what could happen over the summer

Love a couple of these players but think its their time.

    Traore (Proper flower)
    Boswanker .
Jason Park (The most photographed man in a tracksuit in west london)
Mackie (Don't shoot me - Just think he may not want to get us promoted a second time just to be over looked. We've messed with his head)
Hoilet (Heads Gone - think some of TFs comments were aimed at him, plus others)
Boothroyd (Never going to work out)
    SWP (Footwork & Heads gone)
Zamora (Cant head & forgets the offside rule far to often & only has one leg)
AJ (You can **** off to palace, but they wont want you if they go up)
Cerny (was surprised to get a 1yr extension, 2yrs ago!!)
    Hulse (Crap)
    Cisse (Lazy)
    Ferdinand (Can't run or head)
    Granero (Can't cut it)
    Ephraim (Needs to move on)
    Cesar (Cashback)
    Remy (Cashback)
DJ (Never had a chance aint going to get one under 'Arry)
Mbia (because he's a bit like thrush)
    Luke Young (Beyond Economical Repair)
Haim (Out of contract, and gets relegated a lot)
    Barton (see Mbia)
    =22 possible players out !!!

Jury's out on the following due to age only; Hill,Derry (34&35)

    Leaving us with:

Green, Murphy (who we have never even seen play)

    Samba,Onuoha, Harriman, Ehmer, Magri

Faurlin, Taarabt, Jenas, Andrade, Doughty, Sharif, Diakite (watching him tackle is very exciting).

    Hitchcock, Hewitt, Balanta

    Could happen.

I really couldn't care less if the lot of them were cleared out. They've all been ****. Not one one player has stood up for us this season. Knock it all down and start again. ( Harry included. ) We need a five year plan and a proper club again.

Murphy is out of contract as well and i think Mackie will stay but agree with everything else. Im sure a few others will stay simply because we cant shift them.

I made it that we need at least 9 new players, more if we can shift all of the ones we want out.

They also need to go on a team building boot camp thing to put them through physical hell in the pre season.

Trouble is it really is a fire-sale, shop-soiled damaged goods that no forward-thinking manager would touch with a barge-pole. Harry will be the equivalent of Arthur Daley if he shifts that lot for even 20% of what we laid out on them. Only Remy, Cesar & Samba have real Premier League value...

Think we'll lose some of those, but don't see such a wholesale move out - we can't afford it.
Think there'll be some key players through the side that will come in and give us a bit of steel and character that 'Arry keeps talking about (do I think that, do I wish it, or am I doing that traditional Hoops thing of 'hoping' again - not too sure??)

Think we'll struggle to get rid of likes of SWP, Zamora & maybe 1 or 2 more because of the stupid salaries paying.

Not sure Samba & even Taarabt will still be around either.

Of the others think Mackie, Boothroyd, Traore & even DJ could do a job.

Allardyce would surely love him at West Ham.

Where do you think Remy will end up? And Granero - undoubtedly he's talented.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading about Diakite, his tackling is truly sensational.

I agree with the majority of that, in an ideal world we will shift all of them. I have hopes though that Bobby Zamora, if we couldn't shift him, should be quality in the Championship. You look at the likes of Troy Deeney and Chris Wood (who are ****ing terrible players) but score 15-20 goals a season, and Bobby is better than them both in every aspect.

I'd like to think this is going to be similar to when we went down to the old div 2 in 2001/2002, I remember the first game that season we had maybe 1 or 2 players from the previous year, and we finished a creditable 7th for our first season there. I know, obviously, it's different and harder to consolidate in the championship and we will have a big budget, but I honestly wouldn't care if we finished mid-table and looking promising for the following year with players who have learned to love the club and showed passion to play. Think of the likes of old Steve Palmer back then, so limited but boy did he give his heart to our team. We want players like him and Bircham again.

Just get rid of Harold and bring in a younger Foreign manager IMO who would dream of playing these players ... Hats off to AVB in fact I was wrong about him ... he has inherited players and got them playing

Harold is still pissed off at getting the sack.

I don't agree they should be shown the door but I know I am wrong about what will happen ... he will clean it all out and that to me is a big gamble and he has already said we may not do very well to start with ... Christ on a bike how thick are we all ... Harold if you can't get this team to work in the poxy championship let someone who can

Agree it starts and ends with the manager.

It's clear that 'Arry's going nowhere next season - in every sense of the word. He'd need to change his MO dramatically, and get creative on building solid foundations to justify his money and our support. Can't see that happening unfortunately.

Largely agree with Rhino's OP but the funny farm club we've become ain't an attractive trading centre for out going or incoming stock. What a mess.

There are times when i despair at some of the comments Harold makes.....who in there right mind would want to work for a manager who thinks you are rubbish at your job?....I am seriously underwelmed by Harold...he had 6 months and 26 games to get us out of the mess Hughes made and all he succeeded in doing was confirming our relegation with 5 games still remining....in 21 games we got 21 points......

I would quite happily see him go and take his entourage with him....we seem to have more coaches at the club than players....and bring in a younger talented up to date manager/coach and tell him he has 3 years come what may to implement the "holistic" approach to the club....so that the youth team, U21's, Reserves and 1st team all play the same way, everyone who steps up to the next level knows what to expect and what his particular role is....that way we can grow as DT says....

Give the job to Birch, with Gareth and make Gerry Francis Director of football to oversee the ****ing lot IMO and sit the family down for a big French style meal ... Ask any player that isn't prepared to call another player his brother to kindly leave and work from there ... the talent of this team and squad would rise to the top ... even if you asked Barton back to this meal!.

In France almost after every early evening match I played in we would all sit down together for a meal and strangely enough be asked in turn to sing ... any idea what effects this has... apart from not getting home before 3am? ... It's called bonding and in time is unbreakable ... you don't take a team away then stay in another ****ing Hotel FFS

I share your frustrations DT, the ubber negitive comments strike me as a tactic that may achive 1 of 2 things.

    1) TF gives 'Arry cash = Harry spends said cash.
    2) TF reliases his mistake (one that we were mostly happy for him to make) and sacks 'Arry for being shortsighted and a bad man manager. And then 'Arry spends TF cash again.

For the sake of TF's sanity I think we should keep quiet on the manager issue and TF choose the manager from now on. He can't do any worse than he's done already.

PS Harold does seem to be talking even more bollocks than usual, so I think your right to be concerned. the only staff with an effect on results is still the players and quality or not I just dont want the vast majority of them anymore.

If it were a marriage then the divorce papers would read "irreconcilable differences"

Players out first, give it till 2nd week in december then take a view on the manager.

Who really wants to see this lot in a QPR shirt again, they've had their chance and they've blown it. No Pity
