To be fair united did say Moyes hadnt be sacked and tge press said otherwise. Turns out thre press were right.
I can't see us not giving the job to Van Gaal, no matter how well Giggs does. They've obviously promised Van Gaal the job, and he's turned down offers from the likes of Spurs to come to us. So we'd be stitching him right up, if we back tracked on that agreement. As for the WC, I hope to see the Dutch do well, atleast he'll come to us on a high. It's not like he's gonna need a holiday as he's had most of the year off being an international manager. No matter what happens during the WC he'll be there for when the players get back, and I'm sure he has already instructed Ed Woodward on what players he needs to go after
Different situation, they weren`t going to admit it before they told him were they. Some leaks are good, some bad
I heard an ex-Barcelona player (Zenden) talking on 5Live about Van Gaal, the story he told when asked how he managed high profile players is this Rivaldo had won the golden boot as the best player in Spain one year playing from the left wing, he went to see Van Gall and told him "i am the best player in the league and will no longer play on the left wing, my position is in the centre" Van Gall said "ok" and dropped him to the bench for the rest of the season. That is the way to handle big ego`s
Lots of news reports saying its a done deal. Dr Gaal, is after a few German players, Kroos, Reus, Rodriguez (Wolfsburg) and (maybe) Mandzukic from methhhs favourite news channel twatter. He wants Kluivert and Sir Taff of the Giggs as his number 2s
I was one of many who thought Man U had made a drastic error in going for Moyes. I gave him 2 seasons. Even I didn't think he'd handle it as badly as he did - only Alan Pardew could have handled it worse. Getting shot of tried and trusted staff and bringing his own men in was lunatic. And Fellaini has been a disaster, and his behaviour (mobile phones in dug-out....unbelievable stupidity and lack of respect) has done Moyes a severe disservice, and he'll be gone soon and is now on way down.
Louis van Gaal refuses to be drawn on talk he has agreed to become Man Utd manager - http://www1.skysports.com/football/...manager?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
Saying weve spoken to Ancelotti too and may wait to see if he gets sacked from Real. Not being funny but I would rather have van Gaal. Ancelotti is to soft and to calm. Hes very safe and wont ruffle too many feathers.
