I think so, wins for WBA and Palace has made this a must win. We shouldn't have to say it at this stage but we really need 3 points

 

Honestly, I'd take an unlucky defeat so long Gus shows he's spotted what he's been doing wrong and makes the right tactical adjustment to obtain a performance.

Playing s**t and winning three points won't make me feel better. I need reassuring with a good, confident, effective team performance with a bit of conviction more than anything.

 

I've had the hangover from hell all day, just pulling myself round now, cant really remember the match tbh, came away thinking it was a poor performance, not sure if i dare put motd on from last night as the missus is only just speaking to me again, i think sat it a must win, the longer we go without 3 points the more difficult this season will become.

Btw the safc fans yesterday were immense as always, and burnley is a **** hole

In all seriousness we have a word cup player on loan and he was not even on the bench ???

 

This cup game would be a good time to take a look at our alternatives in defense as I think this is the area we need to address first.

I don't think he is Tony, it was two yellows which is a one match ban, he will serve that in the League Cup this week.

 

We know from last year there's really no point calling a game must win until we are talking mathematical survival. We lost about ten games last year that had been labelled 'must win' and in hindsight they weren't
