Anyone remember when Bill Nicholson made Martin Chivers sit up in the stand and watch Geoff Hurst, to see how a real centre-forward should play?

 

Geoff Hurst - that bloke who scored a brace in the WC final?

 

The same. Chivers was ridiculously talented, but Nicholson used to get frustrated with him, and often dig him out in the media. None of this loyalty-to-your-players business with Nick. In those days players didn't have agents to get on their case, and Chivers just had to take it on the chin.

There is more chance of 606 taking on inkblot's forum in a members 11 a-side football match than there is Nabby Sarr being of any monetary value!!

The funniest thing is, less than 1% of his 1500 members (), post on his forum. And those people include Nigel, Seriously Red, and Colin.

 

I have got to say, ITTV is on its arse. Attention-seeking Nigel (Incorruptible Spouter) had to resort to creating a new User name on Charlton Life this week to get the attention he craves

Of the other handful of regulars, SeriouslyAnal still thinks we will stay up if we lose 6-0 at QPR on Saturday, and BexleyBoy has been slapped with an ASBO for stalking Chris Powell.

 

Things got so bad he let Acworth back on ffs!

I heard a strong rumour yesterday that if Cardiff are promoted to the Premier League, owner Vincent Tan has asked the Club's No.1 fan- Reams- to create and moderate a new message board for Bluebird's fans.

The working title for Reams' new Cardiff message board is "I look like Russell Slade's crack"
