This Madrid final is going to be terrible. Zidane has set Real them up recently to be really defensively stubborn and i think the final will be no different. Two teams which will focus on set pieces to score and then defend for there lives.

I think Athletico will win it because since the knock out rounds they've been the best team.

 

I think so too. I think madrid look spent in terms of injuries and really they are going to need to get through the last two league matches (winning if they can obviously and winning well) and then get this CL game squarely in focus.

I think atletico can basically say stuff the league if they want to and go for CL final

Well... It depends on fixutres. Barca have a gimmie up next then a harder one away at end..

Atletico have not the same pressure on them to win it like real. even if zidane knows both are not slipping up he must get two wins for face saving.

atletico could play kids and be forgiven for finishing 3rd.

It's 2 weeks from the last la liga fixtures. Unless he's worried about injuries why would you send the kids out! Don't pamper these footballers more than they need to MITO. Plus if they start losing in the league you lose that momentum too

Last night for me Ronaldo looked half fit and bale looked worse if anything. thye need to be minded for the final but i don't think real can.

Atletico on the other hand have a more solid team but they need the legs to play the game they do play so.... I would say this weekend games at the very least they need to be rested.

Atletico are going away to 20th placed levante who are already down.. GD worse and 6 points off with 2 to play.

Real nthe other hand have to host valencia... so thats not at all ideal and then go away to deportivo. there is nearly 2 weeks to the final though.

so do you play your best v valencia and risk injury or do you say ronaldo was rushed back ofr the big game and now we ar ein final he must be minded

you were winning on away goals and he trotted on and barca were so comitted i could have scored that.

Torres needs to win this one playing from the start to show he didn't just win as a bench warmer.

in 2012 you even put him on late and he didn't even take a pen.

 

That goal helped us seal it. We were down on our feet and down to 10 having ran our arses off. The final goal killed it as a contest. It's likely we could have held off but we'd gone out to so many last minute goals in recent champions league history like Iniestas

come on you were 2-1 down so winning on away goals with about 1 min left... all you needed as a set piece or a run to the corner to win it so anyone up there could have got it for you.

They've only been beaten one at home in the CL by an English club.
