Might sound stupid but I would of put Phil Kite and Scott McGleish in charge, I expect Buckle will keep in touch with North to make sure he'll finish what Buckle started, North should of gone to no questions asked.

 

maybe we cant afford to sack them both.

or maybe its a safe using north who has more experience than kite and mcgleish!
