Lucky enough to enjoy a drink and brief chat with a player last night. Apologies if it's not too insightful, i'm kicking myself with the why didn't you ask x, y and z but at the same time he was enjoying a night out and i'm sure wouldn't have wanted it to feel like a footie interview. Anyway in the blur of a hangover I can tell you - 1. NW was well respected by the players but had lost it by the end. 2. MH is a breath of fresh air, working hard with some great ideas and the team is 100% behind him. A massive improvement on NW. 3. Anton was really nervous in the build up to yesterday but is handling it all well and the support from all has been much appreciated. 4. Team gutted to lose to a quite clear non penalty but now focused on the job in hand of PL survival. 5. Behind the scenes Loftus Road is buzzing and there is a renewed confidence and excitement from everyone. 6. Too many Jaegerbombs can seriously ruin your Sunday morning ability to function. Sorry there's not much more but I was wrecked and credit to a top bloke for even giving me the time of day!

With the greatest of respect QPR I'm deliberately not saying. I don't know whether or not they would appreciate the contents of a private conversation in a pub being attributed to them on an open forum so will err on the side of assuming not. N22 - same player mate, he just lives local so is fairly regularly in the same boozer.
That's wise, 74. All rings true. You could see Anton was helped greatly by the support he got throughout the game, particularly from the lads from P-R blocks, and I notice he gave them "Aladdin bows" at the end of the match
