Joey7Barton: Does anyone have Isambard Kingdom Brunel's number?

Or is this just a dig at Pardew after the press conference?

Why doesn't everyone use riddles for tweets?

Does that mean that they should be called riddlers instead of tweeters?

    or is it twatters?

I thought it was a bit tongue in cheek at first, but his tweets seem to be quite serious recently, so it made me think he might be sorry.

Very clever little bit of wit there. The idiot journos will see it and make nothing of it but the intelligent fans can see it for what it is. He's refreshing on twitter, he and Michael Owen are the only ones who can even spell and Owen is boring as ****.

I'm telling you it's a sly reference to the impending signing of Wayne Bridge.

What's more worrying about that is the "older" pic of Enrique just standing there in underwear!

Surely if he wanted to make a cloaked reference to Wayne Bridge he would have mentioned June Whitfield...............................got well and truly ****ed by Terry!!

I would not be too upset by this, especially if he was backup for Enrique.

Think we'll end up going for Warnock, cheaper than Bridge & less pay. Not featured for Villa under McCleish I don't think.

Warnock has been involved in most of Villa's pre season games under McLeish. Houllier had frozen him out but he is the only proper left back they have.
