I suspect that part of the reason is that, despite all the evidence to the contrary, the extreme left have repeatedly told them that they are victims and not responsible for their own position and therefore their own actions, so it shifts the burden of guilt and individual responsibility off the perpetrator and onto the system. The left have also pushed measures that add to the breakdown of family and national values and encouraged single parent families, which there is good evidence also contributes to breakdowns in law and order. It's more examples of the blood on the hands of the leftwaffe and why they fight so hard to stop such things being highlighted and discussed.

It's amazing how much they did in the past, like starting Britain and building stonehenge, yet so many seem unable to live in the modern world without having things handed to them or just take them by force.
Blacks make up about 13% of London & commit upwards of 80% of stabbings . It's actually worse as most of them are males between 14 & 30 so that's nearer 3% of the population of London committing 80% of the stabbings . Perhaps targeting this demographic for stop & search & concentrating on these people as the problem rather than making excuses for them
