How are your gym sessions going, or are you still 1k post per week?

Tbh they don't say it'll go through, but both confirming a 3 parties including PIF are back at the table.

How's Stoptober going mate, you feeling it yet or are you still fine?

 

****ed today, not feeling great. Nothing to do with lack off booze, just generally ****ed. Slept most of the afternoon.
I miss a beer at times, especially when i'm hoying random **** in the kitchen. But been going to bed earlier, probably cos i'm doing 6 x 10hrs..Well was, having an easier week this week, only doing one extra shift.

 

Not easy mate. Fair play to you.

 

TBH i get weeks when i feel totally drained for no reason and could (and have on rare occasions) sleep the clock round. I think age may be a part plus living alone.

If i did stoptober i am pretty sure that two or three weeks in i would persuade myself that after a bad week i deserved a few cans on Friday or Saturday so Kudos to you mate

 

It's my weekend off, but went in yesterday. I'll see this through like i promised, it raised money. It's been a blessing tho as there's overtime on, due to covid madness.
