    Actually it was red hot and sunny this time last year, was the only good days weather at Chester all year.

    Well it was flipping freezing at Bath racecourse on the bank holiday weekend and a week later we had the summer flood season. Can't wait for floods at Silverstone again.

    Aye bank holiday was in June, was at Epsom for the Derby and wasn't very warm and the day after was that Queens thing on the Thames where it pissed down all day.

    Gift of Silence next at Yarmouth looks a moody character but if Callan can get him going today he should win, would love to see him in headgear though, could be a completely different horse

    Flat racing is so unappealing...roll on November for the Morigana Hurdle with the Champ up against the young pretender Our Conor...now that's what I call a race! Only another 6 months of this flat drivel to put up with <laugh>
