You don't know they're not all footballers but I get your point. I just think the social media climate now demands more caution.
The thing is teenagers do that kind of stuff, yes I know it's wrong and am not trying to excuse him in anyway but at his age you **** about and don't think about the future or the consequences. Getting caught doing stupid things like this is part of a learning curve and he now knows that it was idiotic and offensive I hope he realises how much hurt he has caused Kane's parents, it can't of been easy bringing up a child and helping him deal with his disability but they seem to have done a great job and look where he is now.
Let’s go back to his football ability... He definitely looks the biz IMO. Confident and comfortable on the ball. Shows a lot of courage at just 16, which bodes well. Same with Hoever - he looks the real deal as wel.
Have you never seen him in a post match interview? I don’t think his lips have ever touched each other
It's hard to find a teenager that isn't an obnoxious little twat though. It's a long time ago, but I remember being a teenager, thinking the world revolved around me and my mates, thinking everyone was looking because we where cool, rather than thinking what a tit.
Nobody's perfect but he could try a bit harder. I detest the way youngsters (usually) use the word m****. It denotes a real disability/condition and using that word is having a back handed swipe at all those who have the condition. They don't deserve that.
its not just youngsters for example it is commonplace on this forum as is spaz/spazzer/spastic . Edit - in fact there is a thread titled King of the Mongs on the PL board.Almost appropriately it was started by a Spurs fan.
Indeed. I once issued a Daguerrotype image of a rival and declared him a ninny. I was edgy in those days.
