God, even I was there. I moved down to Manchester in 1990. I went with a Man City mate in the Kippax really close to the Sunderland fans. Our goals that game were unbelievable. I remember the city fans were not too bothered as they wanted Luton to go down. There was a lot of scarf swapping after the game over the fences. I remember parking in Moss Side and my mate giving someone a quid to watch his car.

Sadly not sure its possible with modern football to see some of those scenes like that say again....15k safc fans & to make things hit home to those younger that game drew a bigger crowd than the manchester derby that year

I remember a lot of coins getting thrown about, but as soon as the final whistle went, it went all friendly, hand shakes and scarf swapping as you said. We parked at the Moss side too, on someone’s drive, charged us £3, I drove down in my newly bought escort XR3i, I wasn’t expecting it to be there when we returned. But it was thank god haha. What day that was

Was there with a load of mates on a mini bus, after the game went to a chippy ,whilst getting served a copper came up to us and advised us to leave, when we asked why he said you are in moss side and there are some people looking for bother, left straight away.

gotta be bull.....why the fxck would we need to interview him twice ...unless its interview & trade test Tuesday<badger>
Sometimes, when the employer can’t which candidate to hire, they will make a new short list out of the candidates they like best.

Indeed but he's also not going to say "yup, it's all agreed with Roy, just waiting for him to finish up with ITV and he's ours"

Which I did also state might be the case in my post.

Anyway, I think we can all agree that if they are doing 2nd interviews this week the fanbase might get a bit restless.

That's our problem. We get restless way to easy.

The year is 2029, Roy Keane is onto his 89th interview, Kristjaan Speakman announces they will not be rushed into a decision.
The crowd has dropped to a record low 387 but there is every chance Keane will sign for us this weekend. No! Just heard he’s turned us down and we have made a approach for Eddie Howe who has been without a club for six and a half years.
