he's clearly having talks otherwise all the national press wouldn't have run with it like they have.

seems like it will simply come down to whether he gets on with Speakman/KLD

I know what you mean about him not walking away from football. However, he does have a habit of quitting football gigs, Republic in the world cup, us, Villa, Forest. I do wonder how much he can really take before he chucks it in. He isnt like a young hungry coach trying to make his way. He will walk back to ITV and paid to scowl and shake his head.

Sorry, but If the medical team tell you to rest, you take their advice or risk making an injury worse. Playing people when not fully fit is exactly what Bruce has been accused of for years and why his teams have horrendous injury records.
