Bout time. I would like them to really freshen the stadium up. Needs a good clean and a lick of paint.

I will would like whats currently there powerwashed and freshened up. The beams and that.
That sounds like a massive job to incorperate all that, but definately needed. Are they expanding the stand to match up with the north stand?
They could do with freshening up the Black Cats Bar too, unless the plan is to relocate it to this East Stand development
The roof has had loads of repair work done (I know the company that did it) but it's an old roof structure now and going to start getting costly to maintain / replace

Yeah. I was initially just talking about giving it a good powerwash!
That would help, but the coatings are that old now a proper power wash would probably strip more than clean

Yeah. I knew they had plans and had loads of structural drawings and stuff done. But wasn't sure what the end game was. Good to see that Bob has provided some context. Timings will be an interesting one too.
