It's a strange thing to say. Lots of dangerous things can not lead to a reported injury for a while, doesn't mean it never will. It is known to be a safety risk though and it is clear that the vast majority of the North stand do stand all game, so it's odd that the club are so comfortable openly saying they're not worried about it.
Suspect all you like the fact is you're in error, no email from the club, and I'm a huge member. I've just read the minutes of the meeting, that took place weeks ago, and it turns out my question was asked by someone else. Oddly, for me, it was one of the few serious questions of the meeting. That is all. The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
So, you think less people standing at the MKM than in other grounds is a problem? Far more are stood elsewhere. Seems some people will not be happy until everyone is glued to their seat and politely applauding so as to not cause too much noise.
How can I be in error when I said "I suspect they would have emailed you, and if not they should have"? It's me saying they should be reaching out. Instead of being so combative in every interaction perhaps read what's actually written. Looks like crisis averted then.
Aye aye, the Norfolk nincompoop returns! Myself and Chazz asked about your welfare, the other ****ers weren't interested. Welcome back. Is there a gritted teeth emoji? The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
More people stand up elsewhere, and are more boisterous than our fans with no problems. Are Hull folk more delicate?
So why is it a problem at the MKM when it isn’t a problem at other grounds where far more are standing? And standing in more areas as well.
Any idea why the North Stand rep asked if a singing section could be accommodated in the NW corner? Leaving aside the cringe making term singing section, does he think anyone wanting to sing should be stuck in the corner?,Surely the idea is to have everyone singing?,Seemed a strange request.
I don't get it. To me it seems like someone being a bit of a busybody inventing a problem to solve. We already have a singing section without it being officially called one, and it's the exact area he's talking about plus the area to the East of it. If anything his idea seems to be to downgrade our singing to a smaller area. If anything needs to be done about our atmosphere, it's to convince people to back the team when it's not going so well. It can get really toxic in North when we're struggling, which only makes it worse. But it's hard to convince people en masse to be more understanding and supportive and there's no simple gimmicky answer.
