He did go through some **** that was integral to him becoming the man he was. Both ****ing brilliant series
The PC gaming platform Steam has a game listed (not yet available to buy) called "Rape Day". The premise of the game is that you play a serial-killer/rapist during a zombie apocalypse and have to go round raping as many women as possible. Truly a very distasteful game. However, the game creators make the observation that in many video games the object is to go around killing people. In others the object is theft. So the question is... Why is it so much more distasteful when the object is rape?
From PC gamer Rape Day, a visual novel in which the player "controls the choices of a menacing serial killer rapist during a zombie apocalypse." "Verbally harass, kill, and rape women as you choose to progress the story," reads the official description of the game on Steam, which Polygon reported on this morning. "It's a dangerous world with no laws. The zombies enjoy eating the flesh off warm humans and brutally raping them but you are the most dangerous rapist in town."
I suppose there are people who decide what is allowed and what isn't within video games the same as there is within the film industry and I'm sure they won't allow a game like this to ever reach the supermarket shelves. I also think it's probably some stunt that is trying to prove a point about games in which killing and stealing are allowed.
The answer to the above is obvious. If you play most of these types of role play games where you go round lkilling you have an objective. But you do kill masses of people or whatever. All call of duty games are by their nature training vids for kid soldiers. They started out in wwii fighting nazis and one of the first (well not first but best) came out using saving private ryan beach landing as part of it.. they have become pure us military training aids. Get a elder scrolls game, you could kill 1000s. YOu have one specific guild which is the assassins, or the thieves etc. you can go kill people for money. Theres one part of skyrim where you get a dagger off a nasty voice behind a door and it tells you to go kill those you love. You can in the game have adopted two kids and get married so its set up to kill your family! thats just hidden in there. its obvious that a game that sets out to have rape in it won't last long and steam won't be able to keep it up. You'll find its pulled fairly quick once it goes main stream media. All of this just shows why supervising kids play and online activities is important.
Propoganda maybe but certainly not training aids, firing a real gun is a very different experience and the game play is nothing like the real tactics employed in those situations.
Sounds like a mental game. Someone is either dumb enough to waste their time and greedy enough to try and ruin the games industry or someone is just trying to ruin the games industry lol
Actually got a lift this morning, so was able to watch Boy, #Luvgonzo. Very talented guy, that director. What's Thor Ragnarok like?
you are absolutely correct. I should say conditioning to shoot arabs on sight. Conditioning is a better word that training aid.
They Live on Horror Channel at 9 pm tonight. Carpenter Classic with one of the best fight scenes ever
You mean..... real soldiers don't run and gun and come back to life when hatcheted in the head from a blind axe throw from 50 yards! They should train more on COD
maybe so but i reckon viedo games have helped the us in their recruitment and in the digital age with drone pilots etc etc. Its no coincidence (perhaps just a very happy mutual arrangement) that since 2003 theres been an explosion in these games just when the US military needed to show killing arabs was easy and of course remote piloting of drones and use of headsets etc was needed. Purely co-incidence. I'm just shcoked frankly that the US military hasn't given all its soldiers swords or **** like some games have
They are trying to give them augmented reality headsets through Microsoft...so it will all look like COD as they shoot people
