He’s not a bad leader, he’s well respected here and is good for rallying the team, plus a lot of the Argies say he’s a leader in the national team too, whilst ability wise he’s top tier but these reckless moments undo a lot of the good.

If he tones down the reckless side to simply controlled aggression, he’ll be a Madrid player within about 18 months.

The potential this photo of Vicario has for whenever I go on a windup or awayday is superb.

    Spurs injury-depleted XI >> Toon injury-depleted XI.
Nothing more to say than that.

"Great to see Richarlison get a couple of goals and Son play well out wide.
Definitely something that we need to look at when teams use the low block."

As I have said, I would like to see them rotate positions
when playing together (which would break any
opposition tactics to deal specifically with one of
    the two scenarios) .

Wilson has accused Vicario of a lack of respect:
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/67679798

That's the same Callum Wilson who chatted **** about Richarlison with Michail Antonio on a podcast.
Then went on to lose to two goals from the same player. :emoticon-0136-giggl

"The goalkeeper starts pulling faces and messing around and it's just a lack of respect, I thought. But I've said my peace. We're men and we move on"

    Nah...you sound like a whingey snowflake! <laugh>

On saw 20 mins of the game yesterday, as I had to get on the road.
Thought we were brilliant, and was surprised at how poor Newcastle looked during the brief spell I saw.
Such a good result, I certainly thought we’d be on the receiving end of another defeat. Massive credit to the players, we massively needed that. I’m Richarlison’s biggest critic, but looked lively, and fair play to him scoring a brace.
as others have mentioned, Romero seriously needs to address this aggressive side of his game. Whilst we need leaders who are prepared to step up, he’s becoming a liability. As DH has said, the positives need to outweigh the negatives, and this is beginning to become a problem. He was really lucky yesterday.

anyway, great result. Onto Friday! COYS

Emi Martinez on Cuti Romero’s aggression:

"In the final against France, Cuti went with both feet to Mbappé, I grabbed him by the shirt at halftime and told him: 'if you get kicked out, I'll beat you up after the game'. I have to tell Cuti to please stop hitting. He plays like that."

I was banned for similar. I’ve not received any explanation despite politely asking.

I trust for consistency you will be looking into this too
