I wonder if he looks at what's happening with the team and regrets his foolish actions. I somehow feel he lays the blame elsewhere.
PRETTY please – I’ll eat more greens and less chocolate if it happens. I could even start a ‘crowdfunding’ to pay for his flight, so that he can get there sooner!!!
Whichever club secures Oliveria services they will need to watch out for his ego. The three strikers that we have on board at the moment have demonstrated their ability to put the team first, not themselves. Anybody know what the situation is with regard to Jarvis? When does his contract run out? Is he ever likely to play for us again? Are we likely to recruit in January?
Regarding Oliveira, just needs a club that ignores his terrible history, is willing to pay several million for him and offers him a four year contract. Nobody would be that stupid though, would they?
On loan looks a good bet with an option to buy in future if he proves his worth. If we could get him loaned out at near his wages or better, then he is pretty sure to go.
He knows the score at Norwich. Webber said in his recent interview that NO knows he won't play for us again, so he can either train hard, keep his head down and see out his contract, or, if he wants to play regular first team football, bite the bullet and listen to offers from other clubs. Webber / Farke won't stand in his way if he chooses the latter topic, for sure
Jarvis is (as ever) returning from injury, but was fit enough to take part in the Tampa trip. Whilst he's apparently desperate to play again, and Farke/Webber are keen to support that, but it's been reported (an Archant reporter of some description) that he's unlikely to trouble the first team picture before his contract expires June 2019. Given his last return to football lasted less than 45 minutes in the U23's, I think it's a while before we can talk about him being in and around the first team anywhere. Hopefully he can return to the U23s, and stay fit for the rest of the season.
18 months on from signing Orient's last wunderkid striker, who currently finds himself on loan with League 2 Exeter with 1 goal in 11 games, I suspect this one might give the Canaries a wide berth - even if we are interested.

Potential, maybe, but dodgy temperament. Presumably why he has always been loaned out (until we were stupid enough to buy him on a permanent ) Will be a relief when someone else is paying the wages he doesn't deserve. (There, I've said it!)
Amazed there's any talk of a fee involved at all. I was expecting reducing the wage bill to be the only financial gain we'd get out of this.
Brilliant article by PD this morning – Sporting director Stuart Webber made it clear at the recent shareholders’ meeting there will be no lavish spending in the upcoming window - but keeping their best talent is a top priority. “We do not have to sell in January. There is no pressure to sell from the financial point of view,” he said. “We may choose to with certain players who are less involved in the squad. “If stupid offers come in for players the reality is you have to listen and you have to be respectful. “Our idea is to try and keep this squad together and keep it working as it has for as long as we can." “Last summer we had to sell because there was a gun to our head. This coming summer the gun might still be to our head but it won’t be loaded." https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwi...ut-january-transfer-window-strategy-1-5799078
