Congrats to our winner this week @Saintmagic with 17 points

Two players picked up correct score bonus points this week. Saintmagic had Saints 2-0 win against Rotherham and Norwich's 2-1 win against Coventry and OddRiver had the Saints and Norwich wins and also QPR's 2-1 win against Blackburn. OddRiver was also close to correct result bonus points as he had 5 out of 6 correct with only the Huddersfield-Sheff Wed result wrong.

For the goalscorers there were no home scorers this week and only A Armstrong scored away so no bonus points.

The best bonus game this week was Portsmouth-Northampton with 5 goals but nobody picked that game.

Don’t apologise to me, it’s your home fans who were fuming at no home team turning up! I suspect a brief press conference mentioning “good texts” from the owners might help ease the situation




Around 5 years ago (pre-Covid) I used to be in a 6-a-side league. Standard rule for a no-show was a default 3-0 win, you got to nominate the 3 goal scorers. That season we finished bottom (P10, W1, L9), our GK was top scorer with 3…..

I am joint 4th yet closer to the bottom than Saint Magic!! It is a bit like the Championship where the 5th and 6th teams are closer to Huddersfield in 20th than Ipswich in 4th!!
