    Agree with this post too many times people abuse players / club from word go at home games -imo this is not supporting the team - need to save abuse for later away from ground.
    About to go to the game resigned to feeder leagues but still supporting my team who will be in a better place with positive support. That's my coping skill others have different -many will disagree but we still want the same toppa successful team

    I'm clutching at straws here but maybe, just maybe, Moyes is taking all of the flak that Short and to some extent Bain should be getting. This may Messrs Short & Bains plan from day 1 to go down get rid of all the crap, rotten core whatever you want to call it and then Moyes builds a team like he did with Everton.
    A highly unlikely scenario I agree but you never know.

    After todays game I feel liberated we are down as we were awful all over the pitch (Pickford and Honeyman apart) - no self belief or energy -why's this Moyes ?

    A bit subdued and supportive until they scored then it became very negative as sradium emptied - anyway my view in NE corner

    Not a good enough story tel - can you imagine the media with a picture of people leaving with the caption "Sunderland supporters leave at full time" or with a couple of minutes left - It ain't happening

    He replaced a very poor Piernaer and imo brought more energy and had an impact on the game within 10mins of comming on.
    Considering his inexperience he was a breath of fresh air yesterday.
    Pity no self belief in the team

    <doh> - of course I should have realised fans leave at the end of the game .
