He didnt look too disappointed for missing either. IF and it's a big IF, if the mackems go down because Cabs flunked a penner... man, they're going to be salty as hell for years to come. Worse than Chopragate.
I wish this were true, it would give me a warm glow inside. Perhaps if any of your ex-players weren't utter ****e then they would be in a position to help you out. What are the likes of Cabral and Adam Johnson up to nowadays?
Straw clutching stuff. Hardly. The fans deserve the credit. The lad was rattled throughout with the reception and abuse. Brilliant from the fans, really got stuck into him. He was trying and it didn't stop him trying to score on two other occasions. He was ****ting himself with that pen.
today.cfg Glow = on Wouldnt say Cabs was rattled. He seem to be smiling a lot from what I could see on tv. Cabaye was Palace best player next to Bolasie I thought. He did a lot right yesterday, including missing the penalty. He had nice hair too.
I don't know he shirked away from one of the corners and it flicked to his face on the big screen after getting a barracking, he looked visibly uncomfortable. His penalty record is excellent, all struck with confidence. Complete duffer under the pump. His smiles etc didn't fool anyone. Must admit I didn't boo him, got nowt against and I just thought it might spur a player of his quality on. He went the other way.
No one has pointed it out but Lascelles was standing in between Cabaye and Darlow, passing information onto Darlow, think he knew which way he was going to hit, Cabaye might have told Cisse and Anita where he was going to put it.
I love it, absolutely love it. A good old conspiracy theory. Cabaye would have told Cisse in french and we all have heard the rumours of Lascelles going to night school to learn french and then he passed the message to Darlow using sign language which they both picked up when doing charity work at the Newcastle Deaf Centre. Genius!!
