But if they get through in the European Cup then it reverts back to the Saturday at 5:30......this was mentioned last week or so. Do keep up Stanley
Indeed. Not sure where I was when this was announced. Am aware of Everton, Spurs and Palace being changed. Any others?
Don't you mean 'Sneaksea' the way they sneak in and out of LR. I wonder if they will have those half scarves for this match?
Why don't they just put up a big banner with 'real fans who spend money watching live games, **** off you're not welcome. Especially those who spend a fortune flying in from abroad then have to pay even more changing their arrangements because TELLY COMES FIRST, you cretinous throwbacks' ?
I would prefer to play them on the Saturday at 5.30pm but it means I would need to want them to win tomorrow night. It's a dilemma!!!
We will have to wait until 20th March when they make the Champions League draw to find out when our game is being played.
No. It will be on the Sunday if they lose to PSG. It will be on the Saturday at 17.30 if they beat PSG. The CL draw is not going to affect when the game will be played.
What ever the company that resells tickets is called, if they sell home tickets to away fans (like they did for the Arsenal game, or so I'm lead to believe from what was said on here) I think they should be reported to whatever authority is responsible for over seeing them. After what happened at the West Brom, Villa game the other day, should trouble kick off (and with us and the scum there is every chance it might) they should be considered complicit in the instigation of what follows.
They are called Viagogo. As far as I can see, they sell to mainly tourist fans who happen to be in London when the game is on rather than hard core fans who are much more likely to cause trouble. I know that as I have sold my seat a few times when it wasn't being used and people from America, Australia, the Far East etc bought them. People who sat around me told me they suspected they were tourist fans supporting the away team. When you buy a ticket on Viagogo, the site specifically warns you that you are buying tickets in home areas so technically, they would be covered from any wrongdoing. Viagogo is in my opinion, legalised touting at best and at worst, a recipe for disaster if sufficient numbers of hard core fans used it to get their hands on tickets in home areas for a volatile match which is what could happen when we meet Chelsea with them going for the league and us trying to stay up.
And don't think the police will be too pleased about the game being played at 5.30pm after a whole days drinking time. They like these games played as early as possible.
Was thinking the same thing. LR will not be too comfortable for the Scum when everyone has had a pint or two more than usual.
I hope they win because it will be to our advantage to play late Saturday and have them thinking about the Chumps league. (I promise never to write such heresy ever again, but I am trying to develop a don't-give-a-**** attitude towards the Scum)
