Can't see us getting anything from this one. 1-0 to the Dale with a late winner. Good luck to anyone making the journey.
Strength in adversity. I reckon we'll nick it, but that will simply get people's hopes up, only to dash them in coming weeks. A change of formation might go a long way to convincing everyone that KR actually knows more than one strategy.
I've just had the best pizza of my life. Riginas Pizzeria in North End Boston. Why don't we get decadent food like that at home? You're probably thinking, what does this have to do with the Rochdale match. Nothing really. Just don't care about football anymore. Thanks Roland for that!
On the betting front I would consider the HT/FT market and taking our current trend of playing poorly in the second half of games two options stand out.. Charlton at HT and Draw at full time = 16's available but 14's more common Charlton at HT and Dale at FT = 33's available but 28's more common Draw/Rochdale you go right down to 9/2 (4's more common) You can get 9/1 for Patrick Bauer to score anytime
I was intending to go to Rochdale today, but now I cannot be bothered. A combination of "Northern trips fatigue" plus supporting a team that requires a mathematical miracle that Professor Stephen Hawking would be proud of.
Robinson says they will play a different formation today. Could it be 4-4-2. I would play the following team Rudd Solly, Texeira, Baeur, Chicksen Holmes, Crofts, Forster- Caskey, Aribo Watt, Magennis Subs Phillips, Da Silva, Konsa, Jackson, Mavididi, Novak, Botaka
Page, Botaka and Watt start - looks like a 4-4-2. Strange that Aribo has been dropped. God knows how Crofts continues to be picked. Waited for the line up before I made my prediction. 2-0 'dale.
Could've been three down in half an hour, Rudd messed up for the first but made two outstanding saves to make up for it. Botaka's goal was a 1 on 1 with the keeper, he hit the post and it bounced back fortunately for him.
