    I'm risk averse (my job is all about delivering big IT changes, which if they go wrong, it's VERY public and in the national press immediately) and a self-confessed control freak - I MUST know what is going on at all times - so I'm a nervous wreck right now!

    Trying to relax on the last day of my holiday here in the Costa .... !!

    Adomah has signed for Villa! More sell on fees coming our way perhaps?

    Apparently Rickie Lambert was seen at Temple Meads today, not sure if there is truth in that. Could be just changing for a train to Cardiff or heading London way I guess.

    Nope, several other people have said it was definitely Lambert now, looks like it's Cardiff he is off to though not us.

    I hope that O'Shea story is old as I wouldn't even wish him on the SAGS and that's saying something!

    Lambert is going to Cardiff so relax
