what is happening with the Alvarez situation surely if the lad neede an op on his knee he should have sorted this out himself and getting himself fit for who ever he ends up playing for

Bit harsh on the lad imho. He's been litterally abandoned by both clubs.

 

I thought Porto had come in for him.
Be interesting to see what the bid is and whether both clubs then fight to keep him.

Not really. He can afford to fix his knee and recharge one of the clubs.

I'm sure as **** I wouldn't sit round for months with a gammy knee if I was a professional athlete! I'd get it sorted for my own peace of mind!

**** knows how this outcome has happened, it's makes no sense to me. But his agent has decalred him a free agent after we decided against our option to buy.

 

Lets sign him when the free transfer window opens then, along with Vlaar.

 

Didn't see that outcome coming tbh! If true that's a lucky escape for us and Inter are the losers...

 

So the sense I'm making of it now, is that the player is a free agent. Therefore the FIFA hearing is about who's liable only. So if FIFA rule against us, we pay the transfer fee but get no player.

Am i reading it differant to everyone else? I was reading it that he is a free agent and he is free to look for another club. We don't pay a fee but Inter don't get a fee so therefore we win and Inter lose? Alvarez is a winner also. I'm probs getting it completely wrong like!..
