I can see me making a lot of references to Mike Bassett England Manager over the coming years. Allardyce is that kind of manager.

Steve Bruce to be England assistant manager, think Hull are a mess though.

Certs for the bottom 3 aren't they ...... Dyche might scrape it this year which will make a few nervous.

Swansea is where my annual £20 for the drop is going this season.

TBH mate it must kill you that Bournemouth, with 7,000 season tickets, will be in the Premier League this season.

I hope so. I was very disappointed Townsend left, he was one of the few bright lights in our season. Sissoko on the other hand made me vomit when he played for France. So much potential, so little heart.

I wouldn't want Moyes as I said when he was linked with here. I just hate his boring football. Everton were a hard watch and that was his best job. He hasn't exactly been a raging success at Man U or Real Sociedad, but there are excuses for both. He was out of his depth at Man U massively plus it was a hard act to follow. Sociedad were not great shakes when he joined. He failed to improve of course. Some will probably say "it was in a different country, anyone can struggle" but that is bollocks to be honest. We don't afford all these foreign managers who come to our shores the same scope.

I think its a tough test to be honest. They are not very good. I think there are just about three worse sides than them again, but in their current state, I think they'll be in the relegation mix again.

Hull, Sunderland, Bournemouth, Swansea, Middlesbrough, Burnley, West Brom - I couldn't really have any real confidence about any of these. West Brom have Pulis who seems to have a knack of finding his way to mid table I suppose. I like the Middlesbrough manager, but they are a promoted club and last season was not without a bit of drama off the pitch. Bournemouth, I like Howe but they have fairly restrictive budgets (I like the signings of Ibe and Cook but they are by no means proven at the level) and its a tough gig for any manager. Swansea I don't know what to make of their manager. They have retained some decent players but goals could be a problem. Burnley look like they need players. The manager is decent, but he needs players for what looks a smallish squad. If they were to lose Keane, I think they'll go. Hull are in turmoil and Bruce jumping suggests he doesn't think the off field stuff is close to resolution. The holding position they've taken spells disaster. Sunderland have some decent players. They are Allardyce players though so how that will work out with Moyes I don't know. A lot will depend on Kirchoff and Defoe staying fit. If they don't resign M'Vila that will be a huge blow - I think they'll get him though.

England. ****ing Sam Allardyce. Following Roy Hodgson. You gotta love the FA.

A very good appointment. He will build long term and bring stability which is what you guys need. I can see him turning you into a stable mid table team within 3 years.
He will also really do some good with the youth sides as he is proven as a developer of talent.
