The fantasy premier league for 2015/16 is now up!

Same as last season, if you want to play, tell me below, and I'll send you a code to join the league within a certain amount of time. I'll be pming the code because I don't want random people joining.

Closing date for registration is Friday the 7th of August.

Last season half of our players stopped playing after about 10 games. If you're not going to keep it up then please don't sign up.

I'm not saying you can't forget to do it sometimes - I realise some people have more important things to do sometimes, but please consider giving it a go. It doesn't take more than 5-10 mins a week to simply think and select your team.

NOTE - This is not the official thread, this is just the registration thread. Once the league is closer to starting I will post a new thread that will be the place where we chat about the FF league only. Make your registration posts here, don't post them on the official thread later.

Submissions will only be considered on THIS thread.

    Good luck!

    I'm in.

Heed needs to be taught a lesson. Left it to Ban Ban last year. <doh> Who with hindsight couldn't teach Cashley to save money! Won't make the same mistake this year.

Yes for me. I intend to pay a lot more attention this time round. I am setting a diary reminder at work to take care of this important task i.e. pissing on Heeeeds parade

My dad put an empty folder on his desktop labeled "fantasy football" just to remind him to do it everyweek.

You could also set it as your opening page on your browser.

I'll play again. (I did try last year, but as per usual keeping 3 Newcastle players in the team backfired a bit!)

I suggest a new rule after last year's name change debacle lead by that filthy cheat Heed.

For every team name Heed uses with the word HEED in it, he is deducted 250 points. However if he tries to bend this rule ( like the dirty rotten scumbag cheat that he is ) by not using HEED in any if his team names, then he is deducted 1,000 points.

All in the name of fair play of course. <whistle>

But that's the whole point, it's like being a manager. You have to think of who is available for each game and pick the best line-up. It takes more thinking than simply choosing 11 and hoping none get injured. It's to help keep up some interest in football throughout the whole season, even while NUFC are selling their best players and getting relegated. <ok>

I know but its just stupid in my eyes im all for a few subs but not piss farting around week in week out. If i choose eleven thats the eleven simple as

If you all had any balls or frankly ability you would agree.

I believe the history of people giving up after a few games proves me right once again.

People want to know their players and have a rough idea what players the others have, otherwise it simply becomes a lottery.

I might have been right a few times but im right about this.
