It's painful to watch. We've got some terrific players, I can only assume they play to instruction as individually none of them are bad, collectively they are an embarrassment.

last 16/qf equivalent euro 2012, lost to italy
world cup 2014, didn't win a game, finished bottom of group
euro 2016, lost to iceland

it has to a mental block of some kind

 

Where as Scotland;

Qualified for last major tournament 19 years ago.

Unlikely to qualify for one in the next 19.

I think our players are massively over hyped.

Technically poor and lacking in imagination.

 

On the plus side I thought Trippier was excellent. Our best player.

Until he was substituted.
