Totally different type of voice that gave the group when they were both in it a wider appeal.Much prefer Stevie Nix than Christine McVie's voice which was too sweet and lacked a harsh edge.

A great track, splitting hairs mebbe but I prefer the Etta James version myself, - always liked her voice on this one from Rumours.

The magic of FM was the incredible variation in their line-ups and presentations of material over the years...this particular track was so unusual...

Sorry...it seemed you were disputing the different levels of attraction the various combos would bring.

I have always been a fan of Etta James. But love that version by Chicken Shack, just not the vocals but the whole sound. There was someone on the HDM comments section about Rod Stewart saying his version of that song was better than Etta James. Dream on.

You'd have loved Woodstock then :emoticon-0100-smile Pissed down most of the time...part of the charm - especially the muddy bikini-clad chicks..

    Felix Pappalardi (ex-Cream producer) singing...

    ...a song about the venue.......

There's a time and a place for the filthy festival vibe but I'm sure a Tuesday night in Hull isn't it!

The hospitality packages have now all sold out.

Never been a fan of Fleetwood Mac, always seemed a little bland to me.

Some of the typical negative people in the HDM comments section predicting it will be a disaster as they don't personally like Rod Stewart and therefore think their own choice of band would be better are going to end up looking foolish.

Not bland when Peter Green, Jetemy Spencer and Danny Kirwan were with them.

This one is great and shouldn't lead to any arguments about who was the best singer.

According to Wikipedia the tune Albatross inspired Sun King by the Beatles.

When this came out the blues purists were full of scorn - "This is the end of FM ." they cried. Little did they know.

When that was recorded Peter Green was the best singer in Fleetwood Mac. Though Jetemy Spencer wasn't too bad. It was funny when after Albatross came out some people turned up at their concerts expecting a group playing instrumentals like that but coming across stuff like this.
