So which thread would you like to merge that with...please feel free... You're a sanctimonious twat you are!!
No it wasn't, it made for a damn good atmosphere, and 2000 City fans absolutely demolished 25,000 Stoke City fans with it for the majority of the match!!
I appreciate if you don't like it, you don't like it, but if even half the fans sang at the KC Stadium the way the away fans sang yesterday, there would be some ****ing atmosphere at the KC.
There was a good atmosphere against Boro at home. All I am saying is the song is cringeworthy. You could argue any song that is sung by 50% of the crowd creates a good atmosphere. Although "Grandad, Grandad, you're lovely, that's what we all think of you" might ruin the atmosphere. I'm glad you enjoyed the singing even though the result was ****
See when I'm being polite and giving polite reasons to back up my argument, please refrain from being patronising, it's not big and it's not clever, even if you are over 18.
It's catchy, fairly easy for most to remember and it seems to work. If you don't like it create some more songs and we'll all join in if they are catchy and easy to remember.
Another sensible point I would like to raise with you, and would appreciate a sensible answer, is, what do you suggest we do, sit on our hands with our gobs shut the whole match?
I wasn't a fan at first BUT it's taken off...people sing it...people keep on singing it for a while...people sing it again Until there's a better song that fits the above criteria then I like it It's about ****ing time we had a song that people got behind... I couldn't give a **** whether it's unique or not (like 'falling in love with you') ...oh and we need better songs for players ...Clucas? Evandro?
