Fair point...He was more disappointed than pissed off, that said he did look shot. At least he took Silva's hand and took the pats on the back from the coaching staff.
he knows he'll be playing next week I liked having two up front but there's a time and place for everything. I hope we see it against West Ham and Middlesbrough.
That's the lesser spotted Lenihan isn't it. A rare sighting indeed. **** the peregrine falcons this will have twitchers coming from all over.
I was wondering on Monday night at the U23 game what had happened to him, good to see him out and about, as when I have seen him play he looks good.
Hernandez reminds me a bit of Diame. Both are obviously talented, but very inconsistent and niether really looked like they enjoyed playing for City at times Imo.
Diame I agree. Hernandez, I don't. If you look at this season, he hasn't had a good run in the team. Whether it be being injured or dropped, coming on for the last mins, whatever. Hernandez is a player that needs to start to give him, the best chance of scoring, and he needs that continuity. He also needs a strike partner, as has been said by quite a few people on here, and as the last game has highlighted.
He had a tweet recently (or instagram I can't remember where I saw it) that suggested he's finally over whatever injury issue he had.
It was just the fact that he hadn't featured in U23 games for a while, if he is back you would have thought he would get some game time there.
Seems strange he is training with the first team after being out so long, I would have though he would have been with the development squad, at least in the beginning
